Florida's new rings included both Stanley Cups that they've won in back-to-back seasons, along with other smaller details.
The team finished the 2024-2025 regular season with a 47-31-4 record before going on to beat the Tampa Bay Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes, and Edmonton Oilers en route to their Stanley Cup Finals victory.
They are currently sitting at +900 odds to win the Stanley Cup this season alongside the Dallas Stars and Vegas Golden Knights, which places fourth behind the Oilers (+800), Hurricanes (+800), and Colorado Avalanche (+800).
Florida could possibly be without their captain Aleksander Barkov for the entire season after he underwent surgery to repair his ACL and MCL (details here).
They'll also be without their star forward Matthew Tkachuk until December due to a lower-body injury, along with fourth-line center Tomas Nosek, who will also be out for an extensive period of time.
The Panthers' season will start on October 7th against the Chicago Blackhawks.
