The pair renewed their rivalry at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Benn seeking retribution after his defeat in April this year.
Vengeance is what he got as he produced a masterclass in boxing, dominating the bout throughout and dropping Eubank twice in the final round.
It went to the judges' scorecards, but there would only be one winner as Benn, accompanied by his father Nigel, was declared the victor.

"It's been some journey, and I feel like this is the end of the Benn-Eubank saga," Benn said afterwards. "It's done and finished. It's over. This ends here.
"Everyone was saying I can't box, put that in your pipe and smoke it.
"This wouldn't have been what it was without Chris and without our dads. This is generational. This is history. Credit to Chris. That's all I've got to say.
"Not bad for two silver spoon kids."
Benn immediately went on the aggressive to get the crowd up on his side as Eubank landed a couple of jabs of his own.
'Next Gen' continued into the second round, and Benn ended up on the canvas, with a referee giving both players a stern talking to.
Benn kept his momentum up, and Eubank then found himself down on the deck, although not deemed a knockdown.
The fight turned a little scrappy, but the control remained in Benn's favour all the way into the sixth round, where Eubank dropped again.
Again, it was not deemed a knockdown as Benn continued to turn the screw, landing a massive right hand in the seventh and taunting Eubank at the bell.

'The Destroyer' pinned Eubank against the ropes and kept jabbing away as his opponent tired, knowing the bout was slipping away.
Benn put the hammer all the way down in the final round, landing a massive hand and toppling Eubank to the ground.
Eubank rose but was quickly down again as Benn went for the killer blow, and despite being saved by the bell, there was only one outcome.
