Arsenal v Crystal Palace (26/10/2025)

Premier League leaders Arsenal aim to extend a superb run of form as they host FA Cup winners Crystal Palace, who enter this London derby winless in three games.

Match News and Current Form

While other Premier League contenders falter, Arsenal are calmly stringing together results having won each of their last three league games to open up a pre-round three-point gap at the top. The Gunners have conceded just three times in the league this term, their joint-fewest after eight games since also doing so in 1998/99, and their commanding midweek 4-0 UEFA Champions League victory over Atlético Madrid was their fourth straight clean sheet victory in all competitions. Unbeaten at home this season (W5, D1), the Gunners are primed to extend that run as they’ve only lost two of their previous 70 Premier League home fixtures when starting the day top of the table (W52, D16)!

Crystal Palace’s recent form hardly suggests they’re about to upset the table-toppers here, as they’re winless since beating Dynamo Kyiv 2-0 on their UEFA Conference League debut earlier this month (D1, L2). Their shock midweek defeat to AEK Larnaca (1-0) saw them go three matches without a win for the first time since April, although they remain in a solid mid-table position having lost only one Premier League fixture this season (W3, D4). And while the Eagles have drawn a division-high nine top-flight games since the end of March, none of their last four away fixtures finished level (W3, L1).

Head-to-Head History

Arsenal have won six of the last seven H2Hs, drawing the most recent meeting 2-2 here last term, and have lost just one of the last 16 clashes they hosted (W9, D6).

Hot Stats and Streaks

Arsenal have earned 10+ corners in three of their last four Premier League games.

Arsenal haven’t lost a Sunday-held home league game since April 2024 (W4, D2).

Pre-round, no side has led more Premier League games at half-time this term than Palace (five).

Each of Palace’s last three league away fixtures produced exactly three goals.

Key Players to Watch and Missing Players

All five of Viktor Gyökeres’ goals for Arsenal have come at home, including his brace against Atlético, and each of them arrived after the break. While the Swede is yet to score in a London derby, Palace’s Jean-Philippe Mateta has netted five times across his last eight such games, and he has opened the scoring in three of the last four club games he’s netted in.

Neither Arsenal nor Palace have any new injury concerns.

Betting Analysis

As the hosts look nigh-on unbeatable thanks to their rock-solid defence, our tip is to back Arsenal to win without conceding.
